Incredible. I have several similar knives and one handmade from Japan, and the truth is that this bunka knife has nothing much to envy it. I am very happy; it’s a medium-sized knife, very manageable and very sharp, easy to sharpen with a stone if it ever becomes dull. And the design is top-notch. Unbeatable value for money (around €30).

A nice knife for cutting smaller items. Straight out of the box, it wasn’t sharp, but it met expectations since it didn’t need much sharpening. A few strokes on a sharpener with 3000 and 10000 grit made it razor sharp. The handle could be a bit thicker, more suitable for a woman, well and evenly polished, suitable for oiling. Highly recommended!!!

My second xinzuo knife and it’s awesome, cuts paper like crazy. i really love small knives with adequate knuckle clearance as i find them very versatile, and this is exactly that, but professional cooks or people with big hands might disagree. all in all a good purchase.

I received it in my hands in Brazil after 8 days, ultra-fast shipping, perfectly aligned, handle without any burrs, very sharp blade. Beautiful and perfect. The wood of the handle is a spectacle in itself, it looks like brown marble. Xinzuo never disappoints, any European manufacturer would charge 200 euros for a knife like this.
